These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our website (asedeeqtravels.com), services, visa assistance, flight/hotel bookings, tour packages, and related offerings ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Use of Services

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our Services.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during bookings or inquiries.
We act as an intermediary. All travel, visa, and third-party services are provided by suppliers (airlines, hotels, embassies, etc.). We are not liable for their acts, omissions, cancellations, delays, or quality.

2. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and supplier terms.
Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Visa fees, service charges, and third-party costs are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings for any reason (e.g., fraud, incomplete documents, or policy violations).
Cancellations/amendments may incur fees from suppliers and/or us.

3. Visa and Travel Services

Visa success is not guaranteed. Decisions rest solely with embassies/consulates.
We assist with document preparation, form review, and appointment guidance but do not represent any government.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and complying with all visa/travel requirements (passports, insurance, vaccinations, etc.).
We are not liable for visa refusals, delays, or any losses arising from travel disruptions (e.g., flight cancellations, border closures, health advisories).

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asedeeq Travels & Tours shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, images, logos) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify it without permission.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
